Today really was a scorcher. I stupidly decided to wear a jacket to the meeting this morning which didn’t help matters (I felt I looked like a ragamuffin without a tie). The trip back from London really was a killer- far far too warm. Upon arrival in Cambridge it wasn’t bad. Then really spicy food for dinner in a restaurant with friend, sans air-con ! Really amazes me how places don’t have working aircon in a time like this.

A busy weekend of work ahead. I’m contemplating going to the seaside (as I’m already had my London fix). However, I feel relaxed right now and picking at work over the course of the 2 days sounds a really great idea, rather than a made rush to get it all done Sunday night.
