Working in the tech sector I always get depressed at how cheap things become. Well, at least I no longer kid myself with the justification to buy something as “well, it can’t get any cheaper”. I had this in my inbox this morning:

Yes, 2TBs of storage for less than £100 ! The depressing part is the amount of technology and R&D going into producing something like this. A lot has changed since my first PC hard drive (a mere 30MB !), but strangely enough the pricing is significantly cheaper also !

Maybe I should give up tech and go into baking loaves of bread !
